Campaign Reporting Analyst

 

Department: SAS, Customer Operations
Reporting to: Team Leader, Customer Operations

Job Description

  • Develop and execute pre-campaign and post-campaign ETL processes
  • Collect requirements needed in defining the data structure for the implementation of campaign reporting
  • Create automated and ad hoc reports on key metrics related to campaign response and strategies
  • Ensure the timeliness, consistency and accuracy of campaign reports
  • Work with project teams to continually enhance the company’s marketing automation system, as it relates to pre-campaign and post-campaign reporting

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, or any related field, with sound technical knowledge
  • 2+ years of experience in programming, data manipulation, and reporting
  • Strong experience with SAS Base and SQL required
  • Experience with SAS EBI and ETL tools
  • Basic understanding of campaign response tracking, and CRM
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
